Bathtub Return Terms

At Voda Taps and Bathrooms, we take great care in ensuring that our bathtubs meet the highest standards of quality. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for bathtubs once purchased, unless the item is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.

Important Considerations Before Purchase

To prevent any inconvenience, we strongly advise customers to:

  • Ensure the bathtub meets your needs before finalizing your order, as change-of-mind returns will not be accepted.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We require all customers to thoroughly inspect their bathtub within 48 hours of delivery for any damages or missing components. If you find any issues:

  2. Provide clear photos of the damage or missing parts along with your order details.
  3. Our team will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Failure to report damages or missing parts within the required timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
